LaBlast Class Descriptions
Level 1: BEGINNER
The best place to start!
For the absolute beginner student who has never danced before. Includes the Cha Cha Cha, Salsa and Jive.
Level 2: ADVANCED BEGINNER
For beginner students with light dance experience. Expanded dance moves added to Cha Cha Cha, Salsa, Jive. Additional dance styles included are Disco and Merengue. This includes the use of light weights to build muscle tone.
